If You Are Late...

We request that our guests be punctual to their appointments. We commit ourselves to being as flexible as possible. However, if you are more than fifteen minutes late, we cannot guarantee your full appointment time. This is to ensure that our next guest receives their full appointment.

 

 

Salon Policy


Please allow 24 hours for all cancellations.

We recommend clients schedule their next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

We do not allow adding gratuities to credit card payments.

If you would like a fresh point of view or would feel more comfortable with another staff member, please let us know. We are a team of professionals and are pleased to have clients work with all of our staff members rather than leave our salon.

We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to clothing and accessories. You may put your things in a locker or keep your valuables with you during your appointment.
We also ask that you wear the smock provided for your protection.

Returned check will be subject to a $25.00 fee.

Gifts certificates are available for all services. If your certificate value is less than the service fee, you will be charged the difference.
